Domestic Shipping
Pet Pawfection offers FREE shipping for all orders in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after ordering. Most packages should arrive within 2-5 business days. Although we closely follow the progress of each package, please feel free to contact us should you be concerned for any reason. All packages weighing 13 ounces or less are shipped USPS First Class. Packages weighing more than 13 ounces are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Regardless of the shipping method, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information at the time of shipping.
International Shipping
Flat rate shipping is provided to many locations outside of the United States. Check the table below for supported countries along with associated rates. All international shipments are sent via USPS First Class International. This method of shipping does NOT provide a tracking number but costs significantly less than other methods. To reduce risk, Pet Pawfection insures each package against damage or loss in transit. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after ordering. Most packages should arrive within 5-15 business days.
Additional charges may be assessed by your government for taxes, tariffs or duties. Since we are not able to predict what these charges will be at the time of your order, you are responsible for paying them in accordance with local laws and customs.

An additional shipping fee may be necessary for oversized items like dog beds. In these rare cases, you will be notified and given the chance to accept or cancel the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost or damaged packages are rare but they do occasionally occur. By completing an order, you agree to the following conditions:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving an item damaged in transit.
- Keep all packaging material and damaged goods in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of or released to the shipping carrier before contacting us because photos may be required.
- Provide the packaging and damaged goods to the shipping carrier or other agent at our request.
- Provide a brief statement and signature in some cases as directed by our insurance company.
When meeting these conditions, Pet Pawfection will replace the damaged item free of cost to you. In the event an item is no longer available, Pet Pawfection will provide an in-store credit with simple instructions to redeem. Failure to meet these conditions frees Pet Pawfection from any obligation to you. When in doubt, please contact us. We want you to be happy with your order!
